Leave the cooking to us
Fatima is the multi-talented cook at La Diouana. For 15 years she has been serving delicious Moroccan and Mediterranean dishes, from paella and harira to fresh salads and vegetable tagine. Her husband and barbecuer-in-chief Abdillah can prepare fresh sea bream, sardines, chicken kebabs or lamb cutlets, accompanied by hand-cut chips. You can wash it all down with wine or beer from our local liquor store. With a modest charge for cooking, serving and clearing up, no wonder most of our visitors opt to have their meals cooked at the villa.
Did we mention breakfast? Pancakes, freshly-squeezed orange juice, eggs, yogurt, fresh bread, jams, coffee, tea or hot chocolate, served by our ever-smiling maid Hanane. All you pay for is the ingredients. With nothing to do except laze by the pool until dinner is served, holidays don't get much more relaxing!
